Online learning:Advantages and Challenges

What is Online Learning?
Online learning is education that takes place over the Internet. It is often referred to as “elearning” among other terms.
However, online learning is just one type of “distance learning” - the umbrella term for anylearning that takes place across distance and not in a traditional classroom.
It also provides room for a student to be responsible, to learn self-motivation and self-discipline. The primary disadvantage of online learning is how it is impersonal, unlike in-class education wherein there is actual face-to-faceinteraction between student and instructor. It also provides room for a student to be responsible, to learn self-motivation and self-discipline.
